With the 12 Week START Now! Program you'll get a full prep week of information before the workouts begin which gives you time to get everything ready including basic equipment you'll need and baseline assessments you'll need to complete prior to starting the program.

6 days a week you'll receive an email with that day's strengthening or run workout.  On the strengthening days you'll get a video of me going through the entire workout from warm-up to cool-down so you can see the flow of the routine and have an easy way to check your technique with how I'm performing the exercise.  In the daily notes for that workout, I include tips for how to make the workout go smoother because I've already gone through it and made all the mistakes first!!  Yay for me!

Every strength training day has a different workout, which is a BEAUTIFUL thing because I get bored easily!  The run days repeat the same format weekly with more repetitions for the sprint intervals or longer run days.
