Being strong enough to stand from sitting and to get into/out of bed as independently as possible for as long as possible requires that this baseline, critical level of strength is achieved and maintained.

The BedWise Exercise Program includes:

- The BedWise Exercise video includes guidelines about how to safely perform the exercise routine, then gives instruction on how to perform each individual exercise. The video talks you through each repetition with demonstration and audio cues to keep you on track. There are a couple of stretches included at the end of the video that you don’t have to perform but they can help to keep the flexibility you need to move throughout your day easier.

- Downloadable audio version of the routine so you don’t have to remember what exercise comes next or even count how many repetitions you’ve done because the audio does that for you!

- Downloadable eBook provides step-by-step instructions and photo descriptions of the 15 minute bed exercise routine with quick reference pages to serve as an easy reminder for how to perform each exercise.
