If at the end of the day or after standing for a long time you're feeling any kind of stiffness, tightness, pain across the outside edge of your ankle, there's a really easy stretch that can fix that.
Crossing your ankle over your knee, you're going to grab onto the widest part of your foot like you're trying to look at the underside of your foot. Use your thumb to brace the big toe side of the underside of your foot and your fingers on the little toe side to twist your foot so you're looking at the underside of the widest part of your foot.
You should feel a really gentle stretch across the outside edge of the foot, the ankle and the outside of your lower leg. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds, back off for just a second and repeat again.
