These are my 2 favorite stretches to fix a back muscle spasm...fast! These stretches should feel good, should get the muscles moving gently and should feel really, REALLY good!
If it doesn't feel good, then it's time to take a trip to the doctor! ...but often this is all you need to get you body moving and prevent truly incapacitating back muscle spasms and pain!
