If you've been sitting a lot and you're feeling a lot of stiffness in the back of your thigh, maybe your knee and hip are feeling a little stiff, there's an easy way you can stretch your hamstring when you're sitting.
Put your leg out straight, keep your back really straight and hinge forward at the hip. You'll feel a stretch on the back of the thigh, maybe a little bit on the back of the knee. Stay there for 30 seconds, back off for just a second and then go right back into it again.
