Fix Forward Head Posture In Less Than 1 Minute

 

If you wake up with a stiff neck or feel that you're having stiffness across the back of your neck at the base of your skull, there's a really easy exercise that you can do called a chin tuck. Looking straight ahead, pretend your head is on a shelf, then very gently slide your head slightly backwards. It's a small motion! Make sure you really focus on the movement so you don't go too far and end up giving yourself a headache by pulling too hard on the muscles that attach at the base of your skull. Hold the retracted position for five seconds and try to do that 10 times.
