Participants gain an in-depth understanding of diagnosis-specific rehab assessments, gait deviations, cues to modify running mechanics, and interventions for the injured recreational runner including performing a video run evaluation.

The Weekend Intensive Session Covers:

  • Runner’s Knee Pain
  • Ready To Run Tests & Taking The First Steps
  • Shin & Calf Pain
  • Muscle & Tendon Injuries
  • Hip Pain & ITB Syndrome

The Weekend Intensive Running Roundup Certificate Course may be taken live in-person or via the live virtual option that’s held simultaneously.  2 hours of homework must be completed prior to taking the post-course survey, at which time 16 contact hours* of CE credit are awarded.  Participants are encouraged but not required to participate in the running mechanics and movement components of this course and may be chosen to receive a personal video assessment of their running mechanics.  A smartphone is required to capture a running video and, if virtual, access to zoom.
